Start a daily meditation practice and change your life. The AUM Bliss Meditation is an easy to do practice that anyone at any age or ability can do. The practice comes from the lineage of Kriya yoga and it has helped hundreds of people begin a meditation practice. The practice takes about 15 to 20 minutes to do each day!

The facilitator will give detailed instructions for each part of the practice. The practice combines breathwork (pranayama), mudra (hand position), mantra (chanting), and energetic practices.  In the videos and practice sessions you will be skillfully guided through each part of practice for deeper understanding.

Meet the teacher

Star Triana

Born as Arielle Star, she is a leading teacher in the field of somatic movement and ecstatic dance and meditation. She is the author of Heal Through Dance: A guidebook for creating your own somatic movement practices.  When Star left her corporate career in 2004 it was to follow the calling to become a yoga and meditation teach. Her journey took her to live in India for nearly 5 years before returning to the United States.  She brings her knowledge from the East and has combined it with the west.
